This committee carries out the environmental monitoring functions of the LLPA, focusing on:

Citizen Monitoring for Invasive Species
Citizen Water Quality Monitoring

Other monitoring actions listed in the 2004 State of the Watershed Report may be addressed by this committee, depending on availability of resources and enthusiasm.
